Dr. Sasirekha Wijayakumar (Known as Dr. Rekha Kumar)

Dr Sasirekha Wijayakumar, an accomplished consultant GP, has been a Fellow of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners since 2007 and possesses over 25 years of experience in the medical field. Her expertise extends to various hospitals across New South Wales, including Concord, Blacktown, Balmain, Canterbury, Lithgow, and Rozelle, along with medical centres to cater for the Central Coast, Western Sydney and Northern Sydney communities.

In addition to her clinical experience, Dr Kumar has served as an examiner for the RACGP College, contributing to the evaluation and education of future doctors. Dr Kumar is particularly passionate about preventive health, recognizing the importance of supporting both physical and emotional well-being. Her devoted interest as a general practitioner allows her to provide comprehensive care to patients of all ages, from infants to seniors. She enjoys creating a difference in the lives of people who come into contact with the healthcare system and the ability to address various health concerns in a holistic manner. She is fluent in English and Tamil.

Dr Sandra Morell

Dr Morell has worked in the Hills District for the last 20 + years as a GP/Psychotherapist. She was previously trained as a RN (Singapore) and midwifery in Scotland. She completed her medical degree at the University of Sydney. She has had several years experience as a RACGP examiner . She is also a GP supervisor. Dr Morell also offers Yellow Fever Vaccinations. Teaching medical students and GP Registrars is a passion that Dr Morell enjoys. It is also important for patients to develop a relationship with the GP, in order to establish a good rapport. She has an interest in General Medicine in all stages of life. She is also interested in Women & Children's Health. In her spare time, she spends time with her family, which includes 4 dogs.
